Software Configuration Management Authority of the Eurofirst FLIR Infra-red Search and Track (IRST) sub-system for the Eurofighter 2000 (Typhoon) programme. Management of a team of three who implement and support a fully integrated, CMM/CMMI-compliant, Problem Reporting, Change Control, Configuration Management system and Peer Review tool. Test and Integration Team Leader for the Thales Optronics Embedded IRST Tracking Software on the Eurofighter 2000 (Typhoon) Programme. CMMI Engineering Process Group Member (SEI registered assessor for CMMI V1.2) Development of Configuration Management and other CMMI processes. Trained to be a CMMI assessor. I.T. User Group Chairman Liaison with outsourced I.T. function to ensure accountability to users. |
